Europeanisation

Organisations go through various stages of development before they are able to work successfully in an international context. In the course of their Europeanisation, they will develop a vision and a strategy for their European work. They will expand their European network and increase their competencies for international activities, so that they will eventually be able to implement these professionally with international partners.

Where has your organisation reached in its journey to Europe?

Make use of our free self-assessment tool to find out how well prepared your organisation is for working internationally. You will receive individual recommendations for your next steps towards Europe based on your results.

How it works

01
Assess

You will be shown four situation descriptions for each topic. Choose the situation description that best represents your organisation. You will assess a total of seven organisational areas which are important for the Europeanisation of your organisation.

02
Evaluate

You will receive an overall evaluation of your organisation, as well as a detailed evaluation for each of the 7 organisational areas. You will, therefore, be able to see how your organisation is prepared for international work and where there is a need for improvement. You will receive individual recommendations for future action from each of the 7 organisational areas.

03
Europeanise

Develop a strategy for the Europeanisation of your organisation. To this end, use our recommendations, orientate yourself towards established standards for European work and exchange ideas with experienced organisations.
